Just divorced a year and I am second guessing my choice. It can be very lonely being single. Like feeling soulless.

My uninformed guess: divorce was the right choice. And so will be the next love that your being single allowed you to find. This is just the transition period.

One of your previous podcasts explored this topic. By the time I finished it my view on marrying again softened substantially.

I feel like this post goes even deeper. It’s comforting knowing so many other divorced women view remarrying like I did and sometimes still do. Your explanation as to why we may be against remarrying is really helpful. It’s an important shift, becoming open to marriage, at least more open, in order to potentially have a much more fulfilling and satisfying relationship. It’s a topic few explore from what I’ve read and seen.
