It's challenging to listen to these discussions sometimes. You offer idea after idea and I hope that others benefit as I do... from just hearing ourselves responding to you with No despite every idea. How about an occasional Yes? Why not "show up" differently as you say... why not change and see a result? I love that about you Evan. I changed so many many many ways from your encouragement. As a matter of fact, one of the most powerful aspects of Love U for me was hearing myself talk to you on our taped Tuesday night calls. Thank you Jill for sharing your vulnerability. Thank you Evan for all you do ❤️

So how far is too far? I live in a college town about 30-45 minutes from a major metropolitan area, which means some suburbs are an hour away, but still feel sort of local. I have a video chat with a guy who lives around 45 highway minutes away in another city and it feels a little too far. But what if we really click and he is fine with driving up to my town?

Too far is when it feels like a long-distance relationship and getting together requires planning. For me, it's maybe 45 minutes. It's all subjective. Just know, the further away you are, the harder it is to get to something resembling a normal relationship.

The closest city with 1 million people is three hours away for me. The closest small city is two hours away. My brain wants to explode whenever I hear “there are no good men in my major metropolitan city.”

Evan, where did your conservative friend go? At age 48, I think I’m too young to move to the villages…..
